Hausleben addresses Judge Imre Karaszegi, Jr. during this clip, arguing against Alite’s release on bail, while mentioning that there is an ongoing investigation and new victims of John Alite have been identified since his arrest five days earlier by the New Jersey State Police on June 19, 2026.
Judge Karaszegi, Jr. correctly denied Alite’s release and ordered him held without bail pending trial.
